i took a few liberties and this is a little bit experimental, but the idea behind my identity project is that i associate my identity with a lot of places that were fundamental to my upbringing. i plan to make eight (so... six more) that all use lyrics from the song "in my life" by the beatles (another thing i associate with my upbringing and identity). i still have to do the actual drawings, so right now they are just placeholder images. i liked the look of the clean, architectural drawings juxtaposed with textures that are intended to communicate decay. i don't know which format this is best suited to, though - book? posters?
